Michael Powers is Chief Technology Officer of Mpowerplayer, the premier developer of innovative enabling technologies for mobile gaming vendors. Prior to founding the company, he brought a number of mobile titles to market, ranging from the award-winning Piranha Pricecheck m-commerce application to a number of games featured prominently on the Danger Hiptop. He is a regular contributor on technical topics for Sun's Mobile Developer Network, and was notorious for single-handedly porting the MIDP toolkit to Mac OS X. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts in Politics from Princeton University.
