DON RYAN

As a GM for Microsoft Games Studios (MGS), Don Ryan oversees the Online Games and Simulations studios. The Online Games studio is responsible for the MSN Games Channel, Messenger Games Channel and Xbox Live Arcade service. The Simulations studio is responsible for the “Flight Simulator” franchise as well as the “Combat Flight Simulator” and “Train Simulator” products. Don joined MGS in 2000 to drive content development for the MSN Games studio and later went on to manage all aspects of the studio before moving into his current position. As a thirteen-year Microsoft veteran, Don spent the early part of his career developing network technology for the Windows client and server products.

Don holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering, with a specialty in Computer Engineering, from the University of Alaska Fairbanks.
